Whitepaper is a cloud-based platform for creating, managing, and sharing engineering calculations, technical documentation, and mathematical computations. The Service includes features for team collaboration, project management, and secure document storage.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or share through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Whitepaper and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
Important: We do not access, view, or review your engineering calculations, documents, or any content you create within the Service. Your application data is private and we maintain strict policies against accessing user content. Access to your content is limited to you and authorized members of your team.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. We are committed to maintaining your privacy and will only access user content if legally required to do so, in which case we will notify you unless legally prohibited.
If you create or join a team, you acknowledge that team administrators may have access to User Content within that team's workspace. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to share any content within a team environment.
Certain features of the Service may be subject to payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in the Service's pricing plans. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, and you are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your use of the Service.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Such notice may be provided through the Service or via email.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF RESULTS.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WHITEPAPER, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Whitepaper and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
While we implement regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your User Content. We provide tools for exporting your data, and we recommend regular exports for your records.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan, Canada.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Whitepaper regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
